How do I return an order?

Return for Refund

Return for Merchandise Credit or Exchange
Up To 90 Days After Shipment (excluding final sale items)
Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We pay for return shipping within the U.S.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In the event that a final sale item is returned, we will contact you to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
You may return any unworn, undamaged item in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment, or within 90 days for an exchange or merchandise credit. We provide free return and exchange shipping within the United States; however, we do not cover any costs associated with shipping to or from any international destination. To begin the return process, please submit your return online. You will need the following information:

If you are returning an item within the United States, we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx return label. You can download your return shipping label after you submit your return online. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues downloading your label. Enclose the item(s) you would like to return, affix the label to your box, and drop-off at any FedEx location within 28 days. When your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke, we will inspect them for any signs of wear, damage, and the original packaging. Any items sent to us without the original packaging, damaged, or worn, will be sent back to you at your expense. If your item(s) are returned in the proper condition, we will then process your desired return disposition: either a refund, store credit, or exchange.
If you are returning an item from an international address, we will send you our return address only. Purchase the postage necessary from your desired shipping carrier, enclose the item(s) you would like to return, affix the label to your box, and drop-off with your desired shipping carrier.
Return for Refund
For refunds, please allow 7-10 business days from the time your refund is processed to see your refund reflected on your statement.
Return For Store Credit
For store credit, please allow 1-2 business days from the time your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke for your credit to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will receive your store credit via email, in the form of a gift card that you can use at shop.elizabethandclarke.com. Simply enter the gift card number in the Gift Card field on the checkout page and click 'Apply.' Store credit does not expire.
For exchanges, please allow 2-3 business days from the time your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke for your new item(s) to be shipped out.
If you selected the Instant Exchange option, we will place a hold on your credit card for the cost of your exchange item(s) and your exchange order will ship within 1 - 2 business days. The hold on your credit card will be removed as soon as your return is received and processed. You will only be charged for the cost of your exchange item(s) if your return is not received within 30 days.
