Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Sure! Please login to your online account and navigate to the Subscriptions tab. Select ‘Change Plan’ and then follow the on-screen instructions.
If your box has not yet shipped, your plan change will take effect immediately. If your box has already shipped, your plan change will take effect for the next season. We will automatically bill or credit your account for the prorated amount of any plan change. If you do not see the ‘Change Plan’ button in your account, this may mean your account is closed, in arrears, or some other reason. In that case, please email us at email@example.com.
