How do I return a subscription box?

Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
We pay return shipping within the United States
Active subscribers may return any unworn, undamaged item in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment, or within 90 days for an exchange or merchandise credit. We provide free return and exchange shipping within the United States; however, we do not cover any costs associated with shipping to or from any international destination. To begin the return process, please login to your account, navigate to the Order History tab, and select the order for which you would like to make a return. From there, click Return Item(s) and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are returning an item within the United States, a prepaid USPS return label will be generated for you to print at home. Enclose the item(s) you would like to return, affix the label to your box, and drop-off at any U.S. Post Office or leave it with your mail carrier.
If you are returning an item from an international or APO/FPO/DPO address, we will send you our return address only. Purchase the postage necessary from your desired shipping carrier, enclose the item(s) you would like to return, affix the label to your box, and drop-off with your desired shipping carrier.
When your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke, we will inspect them for any signs of wear, damage, and the original packaging. Any items sent to us without the original packaging, damaged, or worn, will be sent back to you at your expense. If your item(s) are returned in the proper condition, we will then process your desired return disposition: either a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange. For merchandise credits, please allow 1-2 business days from the time your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke for your credit to be processed. For refunds, please allow 7-10 business days from the time your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke to see your refund reflected on your statement. For exchanges, please allow 2-3 business days from the time your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke for your new item(s) to be shipped out.
If you requested an exchange ship to an international destination, we will charge your card on file for the cost of shipping ($15 to Canada, $25 to the rest of the world) upon shipment.
